For those of us who have busy schedules but still want to eat healthy, we need tools that help us get the job done quickly. I am the kind of person that hates long cooking processes especially if I am hungry, but I don’t want to waste money or my health by going out to eat too much. Cleaning up after cooking is something I don’t usually have the energy for either so I researched cooking tools that save time in both cleaning and cooking.
Here are 3 products that I found that have made my meals not only easier but healthier!

Airfryer- If you haven’t tried it yet or have put it away and forgotten about it, it is time to give it another go. This is not only faster than an oven but also saves electricity (or gas). It allows you to put frozen food right in, including meat, often without needing much time to preheat. This makes food crispier than an oven and you use less or no oil so you are eating healthier. I have started eating more vegetables because they taste so much better cooked in here and only take 5 to 10 minutes.
Chopper- This is a time-saver when it comes to chopping fruits and vegetables. You can make a salad in no time! Plus there is no chance of slipping and cutting yourself or spilling or dropping food. Even better is that it all falls in a clear container where you can then mix in sauces or seasonings. Now you only have one thing to clean instead of a cutting board, bowl, and measuring cup. I love how you can cut different sizes of food for any recipe by changing the blade. The precision of the machine makes sure you are cutting everything the same size which allows a more even cook. Now when I roast vegetables they are finished cooking in half the time!

Immersion Blender-This a quick way to make puree, soup, or sauces with half the mess. Just stick it right into the bowl or cup and press the button. In no time food is easily blended and you only have one little tool to clean up. I know people who have used this to make frothy coffee, baby food, protein smoothies, and nut butter or cream. Whatever your dietary needs are this is a go-to tool!
